{"id":125,"date":"2022-02-04T15:50:54","date_gmt":"2022-02-04T15:50:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.simplyhosting.com\/support\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=125"},"modified":"2024-01-24T17:32:03","modified_gmt":"2024-01-24T17:32:03","slug":"what-to-do-if-your-payment-keeps-failing","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.simplyhosting.com\/support\/articles\/what-to-do-if-your-payment-keeps-failing\/","title":{"rendered":"What to do if your payment keeps failing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If your payment is failing when attempting to pay by card online, or failing the automatic renewal, please try some of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Try adding your card details manually<\/strong> by following our guide on how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplyhosting.com\/support\/articles\/changing-your-card-details-online\/\">change your card details<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure you are not using a VPN or proxy service masking or altering your IP address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that your firewall is not blocking pop-ups as this may cause connection issues to your bank as part of the verification stage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try using private browsing \/ incognito mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not refresh or change the web page while the verification process is progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not have multiple tabs open for the same invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double check the correct funds are in your bank account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the bank to see if there are any issues on their end.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double check with the bank that they are using 3dsv2 for their security checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider using a different browser. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-info-block\"><p class=\"nco-info-block-content\"><strong>Info:<\/strong> Some of our customer find that Google Chrome is the most reliable browser.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If none of the above resolve the issues you are experiencing, we also offer the option of a bank transfer.
